A-Drive AC Model programmable speed controllers provide smooth and seamless control of AC  induction motors. An advanced MOSFET power section, combined with a sophisticated micro-processor provides high efficiency and silent operation.

A P P L I C A T I O N

A-Drive Model AC controller is designed for small material handling and other light industrial vehicles using AC induction motors, such as pallet movers, stackers, personnel carriers and sweeper/scrubbers.

Technical Overview

Discover Indirect Field Orientation (IFO) vector control algorithm generates the maximum possible torque and efficiency across the entire speed range. Advanced A-Drive IFO vector control provides superb drive ‘feel’, improved speed regulation and increased gradeability.

Increased Performance

• CE marked as a programmable safety device under EN ISO 13849-1.
• Models available for 350–600A output at 12–48V system voltages. These are true 2 minute RMS ratings, not short duration ‘boost’ ratings.
• Enhanced 240MHz micro and additional FLASH memory doubles the available code space and provides more than twice the execution speed.

Integrated System Controller

Powerful system controller feature a comprehensive allocation of multi-function I/O pins for use as analog inputs, digital inputs, contactor coil drivers and proportional valve drivers. In addition to this local I/O, these controllers can use Bluetooth, Cellular and Wi-Fi to map and configure the remote I/O available on other Android, IOs and CANbus devices, send messages to CAN or mobile displays and thus control and monitor the entire system.

Extra Intelligence

Cart Fleet Management gives you everything you need to be successful, from a superior on-course experience to improving operational efficiency and crew productivity. With five options, including screenless technology, each A-Drive system has the ability to enforce geofences, monitor equipment usage and track vehicles in real time.

Remote Monitoring

With FTS module, you can monitor your fleet from anywhere, anytime, using your computer, smartphone or tablet. Track amp hours, charge rates and faults, as well as pace-of-play and location of every car. Several reporting options provide all the information you need to maximize the efficiency of your fleet. All systems receive automatic software updates, improvements and new features when available.
